Wayne Gordon has more than 35 years of finance, commercial/investment banking and management experience. Wayne started his finance career in 1981 and, over the following 18 years, worked for well-regarded commercial and investment banks. During this period, Wayne completed debt and equity financing transactions for public, private and government-owned companies on four continents.
In 1999, Wayne co-founded Glaucon with the goal of delivering unrivaled expertise in debt and equity capital placement services and mergers & acquisitions advisory services to middle market and lower middle market companies.
After growing up in Montana, Wayne received his undergraduate degree from Carleton College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago. In addition to his Glaucon activities, from 2009 to 2013, Wayne was a member of the Board of Directors of EPCO Carbon Dioxide Products Company, a leading privately-held producer of commercial grade CO2.
