Dawn Haye began her professional experience in the audit and management consulting practices of KPMG. In 1989, she joined the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC, developing tax and accounting related capital markets solutions for multinational clients. She then spent several years originating and executing complex private placements of senior and subordinated debt for Barclays’ global corporate and project finance clients, including those in Europe, Asia and Australia as well as the U.S. Many of Dawn’s transactions were “firsts” for the industry, including the first dual-currency, underwritten fixed income transaction with project completion risk.
In 1999, Dawn co-founded Glaucon to apply her unique set of skills to achieving the varied and complex financing objectives of middle market client companies.
Dawn earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University and an MBA from Columbia University.
